Returns Policy

We want you to love the products you buy from signatureoutdoorliving.co.uk, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition (and packaging, where possible) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

However, please note the following:

  • All artificial grass orders are bespoke items cut specifically to your requirements and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Other products such as decking boards and cladding are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in original, undamaged, and clean condition.

  • Decking or cladding boards returned dirty, scratched, or marked in any way will not be accepted.

  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

All returns must include a copy of your order confirmation or sales invoice and be sent in original or secure packaging to avoid damage during transit. Refunds may be affected if products are returned in unsuitable condition.

Important – Order Samples First

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bespoke or large orders. This helps ensure you are satisfied with the quality, appearance, and color before committing to a purchase.

Because artificial grass and similar products are cut to your specific requirements, they are non-returnable unless faulty.


 

Faulty Products

If a manufacturer’s fault develops within 30 days of purchase:

  • Notify us as soon as possible with photographic evidence.

  • If a manufacturer’s fault is confirmed, you may be eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

If a fault develops after 30 days, we will still work with you to resolve the issue. Remedies may include a replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction (if you choose to keep the product).

We reserve the right to withhold any remedy until the product is returned to us for investigation. Return shipping will initially be at your expense, but will be reimbursed if a fault is verified.

If a product is installed and cannot be removed, contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. We may offer a courier collection service, subject to a maximum charge of £50.00.


 

Please note that our liability:

  • Excludes discrepancies between batches (e.g., color differences), or faults caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance

  • Is limited to the original order value

  • Does not cover third-party installation costs

We strongly recommend inspecting all items prior to installation and reporting any faults immediately.


 

Substitute Products

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to:

  • Arrange a full refund, or

  • Offer an alternative product of similar quality and price (with your approval)

We will never send substitute products without your consent.


 

Colors & Samples

We strive to display product colors accurately on our website. However, monitor settings may vary, so we always encourage customers to use our free sample service before ordering.

Please also note:

  • Different widths, batches, or materials may vary slightly in color or texture

  • For best results, order your full quantity in one go to ensure consistency across your purchase
